More than 30 years ago, Lakeland University introduced Wisconsin’s first adult education program, devoted to giving working adults access to the flexible higher education they needed to achieve their goals. Today, with more than 15,000 graduates, this program continues to lead the market in opening doors for adults seeking the impressive outcomes our bachelor’s and master’s degrees have delivered.

Lakeland University offers twelve undergraduate majors with unmatched flexibility in formats that are convenient for you. Undergraduate courses typically meet once per week during the evening hours over 12-week and 7-week terms in fall, spring and 10-week semesters in the summer. Earn your degree 100% online, 100% in person, or any mix of the two.

In addition, Lakeland offers the following master’s degree programs:

  • Master of Arts in Counseling
  • Master of Business Administration
  • Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development
